What are EMU Installation Services?:

EMU provides installation services for your licensed software for $200/hour for up to 3 hours. Installation lasting longer than two hours is billed at $175/hr. Installation fee is refundable with purchase of EMU Webmail, Service Provider Edition -and- a Priority Support contract.


What is EMU Priority Support?:

Priority support, renewable in one year terms, allows unlimited email support, four instances of phone support, plus free access to any upgrades we release during its one year term.

What are the different types of Software Upgrades?

There are a couple different options when upgrading your EMUMAIL product license. You may upgrade the Software Version, Software Edition, or both.


What do I need to list in "Upgrade Details"?:

When you are upgrading your EMUMAIL product license and have any special upgrade requests that EMU Sales needs to be made aware of, list them here.
 
For example, if your product upgrade needs to include an increase in the amount of supported CPU's, if you wish to switch OS's with your upgrade, etc.


What is EMU's Messaging Suite?:

EMU's Messaging Suite is a complete, all-in-one messaging package which includes the latest versions of Webmail, Web Calendar, and WAP Mail, plus a 1-year Priority Support Contract.
 
As with other EMU products, the Messaging Suite is available in several Editions, each designed to meet different business needs. For information on the various products included in the Messaging Suite, please visit our Solutions section.


What are the differences between the product 'Editions'?

EMU products come in a variety of Editions to ensure you buy only the license and options that fit your business needs.

Note, products require matching editions in order to integrate. For example, WAP Mail requires a matching edition of Webmail to operate.
